Returns Policy

At Pet Well Guide, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. Every product is carefully crafted, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and custom artwork orders are handled.

1. Clothing & Accessories, Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for all clothing and accessories.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at info@petwellguide.com with your order number.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In unused, unworn condition
  • Free from pet hair, stains, or odors
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Tags and labels attached

Items that arrive without proper packaging or show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

2. Clothing & Accessories, Exchanges Policy

Your first exchange is completely free.
You only cover the cost of sending the original item back to us.

Exchange Requirements

  • The item must be in resaleable condition
  • Tags & labels must remain attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Tracked shipping is recommended to avoid lost packages

 Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Free gifts
  • “Seconds” or imperfect stock

3.Custom Artwork & Pet Portraits, Return Policy

Because each portrait is designed specifically for your pet, custom artwork is non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, your happiness is important to us, which is why we provide:

Unlimited Revisions

You can request adjustments to:

  • Colors
  • Details
  • Background
  • Highlight & shadow refinement

Unlimited revisions apply to the original uploaded photo and the selected design.

Changing the Photo or Design

If you want to switch to a new photo or a different costume, we offer:

  • One free change (photo OR costume) per order
  • Additional photo or costume changes can be done for $10 per update

 If You Don’t Like the Artwork

Just contact us,  we will revise it until you’re 100% satisfied.
Your happiness is our priority.

4.Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Printed wrong
  • Wrong size

We will replace it free of charge.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos for verification.

5.Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, cancellation depends on whether our artists have already started work.

  • If artwork has started → a $10 artwork fee may apply
  • If artwork is not started → full cancellation is possible

6.Important Note About Photo Quality

Your final artwork is based on the photo you upload.
Please ensure:

  • High resolution
  • Clear lighting
  • Pet’s face visible

We cannot guarantee high-quality artwork from blurry, dark, or cropped photos.

Special editing requests such as changing facial expressions (smiles, open mouth, etc.) are not possible, but we can adjust:

  • Eye color
  • Red-eye removal
  • Minor enhancements

7.Warranty Policy

We stand behind the durability of our products.

Warranty Coverage

If you experience any defects or issues within 30 days of receiving your order, we can offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or a courtesy reshipment (one-time only)

Issues reported after 30 days may not qualify.

8.Product Care Guidelines (If Applicable)

To keep your items looking their best:

Phone Cases

  • Clean gently with mild soap and water
  • Do not use alcohol-based cleaners (they can damage the print)

For canvases, blankets, or apparel, follow the care instructions provided on the product tag or package.
